Why Water?

My passion is water. And really... what's not intriguing about water?

Water is both loved and feared.
Life-sustaining and murderous.
Taken for granted and coveted.
Abused.
Overused.

It's a human right that is being denied to millions of people around the world.

So I've decided to write a blog about it- partially to (hopefully) educate others about some of the major issues surrounding water, but mostly just to give myself an excuse to learn more.

I'm a researcher. I'm a writer. I'm a water advocate.
